Accountable for licensing compliance, budget, staffing, quality improvement and family relations. Reports to the regional director of operations.
What you need
- Meets BC licensing requirements for a residential care manager
- Five years progressive leadership in seniors care
- Working knowledge of the Community Care and Assisted Living Act
- Criminal Record Review Program clearance
